DELIVERY

Delivery is charged at £6.00, or FREE on all orders over £120.

Orders are dispatched using DPD.

We can deliver to your home, workplace, or an alternative address of your choice, providing flexibility and convenience when receiving your order.

Items shown as in stock are typically delivered within 7 working days. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

At Cawthornes, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return the item to us as soon as possible. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items must be in a resalable condition.

Please note that the cost of returning non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

If an item is found to be faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
